A register is worth what its rules are worth. These are not a promise of good behaviour: they are built into the database and the code, where they do not depend on who is on duty.

Every figure carries a verification level: declared, documented, cross-checked or reviewed. The level comes from the origin of the data and nothing else. There is no price that raises it, and no column in the database that would allow it.
If an authority publishes a fact, it is shown here. There is no way to pay for a fact from an official source to disappear. Anyone may add a clarification, and it is published next to the fact, not instead of it.
No stars, no scores, no rankings, no badges. An opinion about a person or company is legal risk and, above all, noise. A fact with a source and a date is not.
Tribu Raíz lists no properties of its own, represents neither buyer nor seller, and takes no commission on transactions. If anything ever appears as sponsored, it will say so.
When a source does not answer, the capture is stored as failed and the month stays empty in the series. We do not interpolate, estimate or copy last month’s figure.
Observations cannot be modified or deleted, not even from the inside. A correction is a new capture, and both remain visible with their dates.

The public query of the state register returns more fields than its own page displays, including advisors’ personal data. We take only the count. That material is not stored, not published and not used for prospecting.
