Who handles your data. Tribu Raíz, based in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico, contact at clientes@triburaiz.com.
What we collect. If you sign up for the letter: your email address, the language you chose, the date you accepted this notice and the page you did it from. If you leave an inquiry for the firm: your name, your email, your WhatsApp if you write it, the text of your inquiry and the two boxes you ticked. If you tap the WhatsApp or email button: only the fact that there was a click, from which page and in which language, under a reference number; none of your data. We measure visits in aggregate and without cookies (Vercel Web Analytics): no advertising profiles and no personal identifiers.
What for. The letter address, to send it when there is new data. The inquiry data, so the partner firm can answer you. The reference number, to follow up without asking you to repeat yourself. Nothing else.
Who it is shared with. The letter address, with no one. The inquiry, only with the partner firm (Safe Law Consulting, Tulum) and only if you ticked the box that authorises it, which is separate from the notice box: without it, your inquiry stays with Tribu Raíz. Nothing is sold, handed to advisors, developers or third parties of any other kind, or used to prospect you.
For how long. Until you unsubscribe. Every mailing carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask at clientes@triburaiz.com.
Your rights. You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO rights under Mexican law), and withdraw your consent, by writing to clientes@triburaiz.com. We answer within twenty working days.
Where the data lives. In a database managed by Supabase, hosted in the United States, with restricted access: neither the subscriber table nor the inquiry table is readable from the public site. The internal alert that an inquiry arrived carries the reference number and the topic, never your email or phone.
Changes. If this notice changes, the new version is published here with its date. Each sign-up stores the version that was accepted.
